After creating the flyer design, Kevin and I moved on to the orchestra program.

The front cover of the program is a modified version of the orchestra flyer as the conductor had wanted both the flyer and the front cover of the program to "co-function" in aesthetics. We used a page layout template for each page of the program in InDesign. We decided to change the overall size of the program pages from letter size or 8 1/2 X 11 inches to legal size paper or 8 1/2 X 14 inches to create more room for the text. The program details, orchestra personnel, soloist's biography, upcoming events, etc. were provided by the orchestra conductor. The layout template was provided by my Visual Communications instructor/site supervisor. In addition, we used  a specific font and its respective styles upon suggestion from the orchestra conductor and to provide more legibility and readability for each audience member that has attended the concert. The completed program (right of the artist statement) is slightly different to the printed version but only for the soloist page as her photo was shifted more to the left as with the previous program designs in the past.
